Questions Before You Sign Up

What kind of call quality does GoDialing.com offer?

When calling in network, the quality is the best voice quality available. When calling regular phones, the quality is comparable to a traditional phone call using a traditional phone provider.

Note: Standard of voice quality will also depend on a number of factors. It can be from having poor Internet Service Provider connection or minimal bandwidth. Other factors are the quality of your handset, the quality of your modem and or router and Internet congestion.

Some “High Speed Broadband” connections doesn’t necessarily mean they will meet the task of transmitting voice packets in a timely or reliable manner. This slow delivery of packets (packet loss) will have an effect on the voice data and therefore the quality of the voice being received. To verify your connection is reliable you can use a product called packet tracing software to reveal network problems. We recommend a product called “Ping Plotter”. You can download a free trial version at http://www.pingplotter.com.
